Country Chiropractic is pleased to announce that we now offer a free one off evening health class for all our new patients. These are designed to help you get the most from your treatments. Any existing patients currently undergoing treatment who wish to attend may do so too. Just book a place from reception on your next visit.

September also sadly sees the departure from the clinic of one of our reception staff, Linzi Balls who due to family commitments is moving out of the area. We wish Linzi all the best of luck for the future and will miss her.

New Patient Enrolment Form

If you have booked a new patient appointment with one of our Chiropractors, when you arrive you will be asked to complete a new patient enrolment form by the reception desk. These typically take around 5-10 minutes to complete. If you wish to save some time on the day of your appointment, you can [DOWNLOAD] this two page form, print it off, complete it at your leisure at home and then bring it along to your first appointment.
